Leisa’s genuine love of the area, strong understanding of the market and extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers across a wide range of economic and situational tiers, position her uniquely to guide clients through today’s ever changing real estate market.  Her experience includes high volume representation in the Listing and Sale of Luxury Homes, Vintage Properties, New Home Re-development and Real Estate Investments. A critical thinker, Leisa prides herself on her depth of knowledge and strong analytical skills. 

Prior to entering into real estate, Leisa enjoyed a 10 year career as VP of Operations and Project Management for an Ink 500 Company and spent 2 years freelancing as a Small Business Consultant.  Her Project Management leadership in Nationwide Rollouts for clients such as Chrysler Corporation required intense research, skilled negotiating, solid reporting, and level-headed problem solving. These skills have proven to be invaluable to her as a professional Realtor.  Leisa recognizes, much like a small business, there is no limit to the scope of work in selling homes. Each situation is unique, each clients’ needs individual and no two transactions are alike. From beginning to end, she will work tirelessly with you to insure your goals are achieved and your expectations are exceeded.

In 2003, utilizing her solid professional background in Business Development and Project Management, Leisa embarked on a career in real estate and quickly established herself as a premier agent in Residential Home Sales.  Her entry into real estate was unique, she began her career Co-Managing a Boutique Real Estate Firm with one of the area’s top agents.  This introduction to real estate afforded her an understanding of the business that few agents have the opportunity to be a part of. Managing a brokerage allowed her to gain an in-depth perspective not only of the market but of the inter-workings of real estate as a business. Leisa’s passion and knowledge of real estate quickly evolved, and she soon became integrated in the selling process.  In 2009, after 6 years of both managing the Brokerage and working with buyers and sellers, Leisa decided to focus on the area she found most rewarding; working directly with buyers and sellers to accomplish their real estate objectives. 

As a Presidents Club Multi-Million Dollar Producer member for the past 7 Years (2010 thru 2017), Leisa has consistently ranked among the Top Agents in her market area by sales volume. With year after year annual sales of 20 Million + and involvement in over 400 career transactions, Leisa has established a strong reputation among fellow Realtors and the communities in which she serves.
